📦 Return Policy – ​​Easy Returns Within 14 Days

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving the product to request a made .

Our 14-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, have all tags attached, and be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned , including:

 Custom or made-to-measure items
 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
 Promotional products or gift vouchers

🌍 Returns in the European Union – Right of Withdrawal

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached and must be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you reside in an EU country , you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without having to provide explanations .
The return conditions remain unchanged: the item must be intact, unused and in original packaging .

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
